Deneca Swinney earned her B.S. in Early childhood Leadership from
Rasmussen University-Altamonte Springs, FL, M.A.T. in Elementary Education
from University of Phoenix. – Since being in the field of education, Deneca has
worked as a Paraprofessional, Family Engagement Specialist, Inclusion Teacher
and is currently in the role of Math and Science Academic Coach. Deneca holds
certification in Elementary Education, Gifted Endorsement and is currently
working on her Ed.S in Leadership. Deneca believes that as educators we
prepare students for their future, and we provide them with strategies and
resources that cannot be taken away. Not only does she have a passion for
students learning, but she has a passion for helping educators grow to their full
potential.
